Five Month Leadership Training

GILEAD provides a five month intensive leadership training at our school. Our  courses aim at equipping leaders with the right skills necessary in today’s ever changing environment. Hense a comprehensive research was done on the essentials of leadership. This included an intensive study into today’s ever changing environment to best meet the course objectives. As a result a number of course modules were put together to bridge the gap between the needs of the environment and today’s leadership skills. As a result the following modules are covered in detail:

  • Laws of Leadership
  • Support Structures and Leading Teams Effectively
  • Succession Planning
  • Administration and Management
  • Organizational Culture
  • Assignments

In addition our school offers online course via iStudy. Furthermore we offer contact classes for your convenience. Finally due to COVID-19 we will be introducing Block Release. This will take place after COVID-19 pandemic levels have been lifted.

In addition to the above modules and courses, we have many more courses on offer at GILEAD. Gilead is based in Sandton, Johannesburg. Although we offer programs internationally. Therefore, we have no geographical boundaries as most courses are online. We have no limit to our accessibility. Wherever you may be, we can still help you to achieve your dream.
