Marthinus Ferreira – Restaurant Owner and Head Chef

Marthinus Ferreira is the Owner and Executive Head Chef at DW Eleven – 13 . The food he prepares can be described as experimental and globally influenced. In a country like South Africa the menu and the items on it can be seen as different, these cooks do not limit themselves in the kitchen and are always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Not only are we eager to receive criticism but will look for ways to improve. Over the years, he had the pleasure to be part of the growth of  the South African food industry. Therefore, he is no stranger to the South African television screen since he appears on various food television shows. Being such a recognizable icon has granted him access to the world platform and his experiences have made it possible for him to form relationships with people all over the world. Moreover, Chef Ferreira has worked with some of the world’s top chefs in various countries abroad. He then decided to come back to South Africa and opened his own establishment. Having gained experience from the worlds best establishments, Mr. Ferreira saw an opportunity to bring these new cultures and ideas to South Africa. He is a good leader and looks after others.
