ABOUT US

The mission of our charity organization is to work for improvement of plight of children and women in South Africa. In today’s society many women and children experience abuse everyday from people they know and trust. Sometimes from people they don’t know and it threatens their survival, development and participation in society. Those with disabilities or HIV & Aids and Chronic Diseases are viewed as outcasts by their own community members. House of Paradise Women and Children aims to assist women and children who are victims of domestic violence, including emotional, economical, sexual as well as physical abuse. The agency provides emotional support, emergency and transitional housing as well as a diversified continuum of services focused on safety, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Through community partnerships, House of Paradise Women and Children raises awareness, provides services, and educates community members about domestic violence. The organisation main objective is to provide community service and support to the orphans, widows, abused women and those with chronic diseases. We will be rendering our services as well as assisting rape and domestic violence victims. We protect them from abuse, neglect, exploitation as well as violence.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to address and resolve all abuse on women and children across South Africa. We believe that domestic violence is a big problem in the country and we take a proud stand against it. Many children experience traumatic events that lead to mental issues. Despite all the claims made by our government to resolve such issues, not enough is being done. If change must come it should come soon.

Charity Organization

At house of Paradise we offer 24 hour care centre, a safe house, Counselling and support services, child development programs and skill development. We also feed orphans, give moral and mental education and support those who have been raped or have gone through domestic violence.
